Key Nutrition offers a satisfaction guarantee on our product. If you not satisfied with your purchase, please return the bottle and remaining product, along with a note describing what you are unsatisfied with, and we will refund the full amount of the cost of your purchase. 

Refunds are made directly to the method of payment and normally handled within a few business days of receiving the return.
