Q: Is your Apple Cider Vinegar gluten free?
A: Yes, our Apple Cider Vinegar capsules are gluten-free. Also no GMO, preservatives, artificial ingredients, and so on. See the product info for all the details on this healthy supplement.

Q: Is the capsule form better than the liquid form?
A: The benefits from the capsule form of Apple Cider Vinegar are comparable with the liquid form, however many consumers do like the taste or aftertaste associated with the liquid form. For some people, consuming the liquid form can even result in a “burning" sensation. So we prefer the capsules – same benefit, easier to ingest.

Q: Why are digestive enzymes included in your Probiotic?
A: Digestive enzymes that are included in this supplement increase nutrient absorption. Both enzymes, Amylase and Lypase, are both naturally produced by our bodies, however decrease with age, resulting in ineffective digestion of carbohydrates and fats. Including these digestive enzymes will also decrease gas and bloating.

Q: Does your Probiotic need to be refrigerated?
A: Refrigeration of this Probiotic is not required if the product is consumed within 30 days. After 30 days, we recommend refrigeration for best results.

Q: How many strains are contained in your Probiotic?
A: Our Probiotic includes nine (9) strains:

  • Lactobacillus Plantarum – One of nature’s most effective probiotics used to treat symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Crohn’s disease. It is also one of the most antibiotic-resistant probiotics and may help to replenish good gut bacteria that is lost through antibiotic use.

  • Lactobacillus Casei – Has been shown to lower pH levels in the digestive system and impede the growth of harmful bacteria.

  • Lactobacillus Paracasei – Effective support for healthy digestion, fighting infections, boosting energy levels and dental health.

  • Lactobacillus Salivarius – Aids in the digestion of dairy products. Provides an antimicrobial boost by producing enzymes that eliminate harmful bacteria.

  • Bifidobacterium Longum – Associated with the breakdown of lactose and the prevention of diarrhea. This probiotic also helps to limit the infiltration of pathogens in the digestive tract and help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

Q: Where is your Turmeric Curcumin sourced?
A: There are many concerns arising about turmeric sourced from Bangladesh, which can include lead. No concerns here at Key Nutrition, because we source our premium-quality Turmeric Curcumin from reputable growers in India.

Q: Why is Nettle added to your Turmeric Curcumin product?
A: Nettle, also known as “stinging nettle" or Urtica dioica, is an ancient herb known for its anti-inflammatory properties. It has long been used to treat conditions including arthritis and lower back pain.

Nettle also has been known to help with an enlarged prostate, hay fever, high blood pressure, and may lower blood sugar.

Q: How is your Turmeric ingredient extracted?
A: We use a proven CO2 extraction method.
